Eligible from the date of your hire, we offer 2 plan options with national coverage. 80% employer paid for employees and dependents.
Short / Long Term Disability
Offering 100% employer paid coverage, and 60% of wages paid for qualified events. We also offer an employee assistance hotline, with assistance and travel help.
401(k) Plan
Eligible on your first pay period, we offer Safe Harbor employer match up to 4% and you are fully vested upon entry into the plan.
Paid Parental Leave
We offer up to 100% of pay for 10 weeks (combination of STD/paid leave) and offer 4 weeks at 100% pay to non-birthing parents as well.
