Waiting Room Chatbot

Patients
To improve our waiting room experience, we have introduced a chatbot feature. Patients simply click on the icon and begin typing their question. Chatbot can answer questions about what to expect during their visit, address technical concerns, and understand the workflow before the provider joins the session. If chatbot cannot answer a question, the patient will be directed to call the help desk.
Please note, chatbot is currently in an experiment phase. Not all patients may see the icon. Chatbot will be accessible to everyone at a predetermined future date.
