KeyCare is now equipped with a Virtual Assistant designed to provide helpful information while patients wait for their visit. Simply click on the 'Admit' button to be directed to a brief, informative video outlining what to expect during the visit. The video eases any concerns the patient may have before the appointment.
Should the patient have any additional questions or require further assistance, the chat feature is readily available. The chatbot feature provides support and guidance to patient’s questions.
