As the Director of Digital Marketing at KeyCare, you'll play a pivotal role in leading and driving our digital marketing strategy. You will contribute to growth by developing and executing innovative digital marketing strategies and campaigns that increase brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and ultimately expand access to virtual care within our healthcare partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership and Planning:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with KeyCare's overall business objectives.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and optimize marketing efforts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture that promotes innovation, teamwork, and professional growth.
  • Set clear KPIs and track performance to measure the success of digital campaigns.

Content Development and Strategy:

  • Oversee the creation and distribution of high-quality content, including blog posts, articles, infographics, videos, and email campaigns.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure content aligns with KeyCare's brand voice and messaging.
  • Optimize content for SEO to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic.
  • Collaborate with health system Marketing Teams to develop and implement patient engagement strategies that support client go-lives, health system adoption, and increased utilization.
  • Ensure that all content aligns with KeyCare's brand guidelines and messaging.

Lead Generation and Conversion:

  • Develop and execute effective lead generation tactics, such as SEO, PPC, and content marketing, to attract and convert qualified leads.
  • Optimize landing pages and website conversion funnels to maximize lead conversion rates.
  • Manage email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive customer engagement.

Digital Brand Management & Social Media Marketing:

  • Develop, manage and execute KeyCare's digital brand presence across all channels.  
  • Ensure consistency in messaging and branding across digital assets.
  • Develop and execute social media strategies across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter).
  • Create engaging content and manage social media communities to build brand awareness and drive traffic.
  • Monitor social media trends and respond to customer inquiries and comments promptly.

Vendor Management and Partnerships:

  • Oversee and manage relationships with external vendors and consultants to ensure timely delivery of high-quality services aligned with KeyCare's goals.
  • Negotiate contracts, manage project timelines, and monitor performance to ensure deliverables meet expectations.

Event Planning and Execution:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute successful marketing events, conferences, and webinars.
  • Coordinate logistics, manage budgets, and ensure seamless event execution to drive brand awareness and generate leads.

Analytics and Reporting

  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns.
  • Conduct A/B testing to identify high-performing ad creatives and targeting strategies.
  • Analyze campaign performance to identify areas for improvement and maximize ROI.
  • Use data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions and optimize marketing efforts.
  • Prepare regular reports on digital marketing performance and provide recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on lead generation, content marketing, and brand management within the healthcare industry.
  • Proven track record of success in developing and executing effective digital marketing campaigns in a complex healthcare environment.
  • Deep understanding of SEO, PPC, and email marketing and social media best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media management tools, CRM systems, marketing automation tools).
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Experience working with health systems and understanding their unique marketing challenges and opportunities.
  • Creative and innovative mindset with a passion for digital marketing.
  • Experience in early start up, healthcare or technology industry.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and marketing automation tools.

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Travel Requirements

  • Travel required for key client events and staff retreats – up to 50%
