This allows KeyCare to improve access for patients across the United States, while keeping their care coordinated with their health system partners. Health systems can start with nationwide virtual on-demand urgent care coverage (24x7, 50-state coverage), and then may add other virtual health services based on their needs. Position Overview:
KeyCare is looking for a Project Manager responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects related to cross-functional areas within the organization. This role requires a solid understanding of healthcare operations (technical, operational, clinical perspectives), strong project management skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams to achieve project goals. The Project Manager will work closely with clinical, technical and administrative departments to Incorporate new products and processes that enhance service delivery, and ultimately improve patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning & Execution:
- Lead the planning, execution, and closure of projects within the organization.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
Team Leadership & Collaboration:
- Manage cross-functional project teams, including clinical, administrative, and technical staff.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among team members to ensure project milestones are met.
- Provide direction, coaching, and support to team members throughout the project lifecycle.
Stakeholder Management:
- Engage with key stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations.
- Ensure regular communication with stakeholders, providing updates on project status, risks, and issues.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and address concerns in a timely manner.
Risk Management & Problem Solving:
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project impact.
- Address project-related issues promptly and efficiently, ensuring minimal disruption to clinical and technical operations.
- Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement and share lessons learned.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
- Track project progress against milestones and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Prepare and present regular project reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Ensure all project documentation is complete, accurate, and maintained for future reference.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management.
- Experience in the healthcare industry, particularly in managing projects within clinical or operational settings.
- Proven track record of leading successful projects that resulted in improvements.
- Strong understanding of healthcare operations, technical programs within healthcare operations and baseline clinical workflows in a telehealth environment.
- Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities, with the capacity to motivate and guide diverse teams.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Proficient in project management software and tools (e.g., Atlassian tools, HubSpot, Smartsheet).
Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree; preference for Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is highly desirable.
