Position Overview:
The Implementation Manager is responsible for leading KeyCare clients in their deployment of tech-enabled virtual care. This role will manage complex project workstreams to meet the needs of our healthcare partners. The Implementation Manager (IM) is expected to lead, align, and solve challenges relating to all phases of the implementation lifecycle.
We are a “remote-first” company and will consider applicants based anywhere in the United States.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee implementations by managing project timelines, scope, and coordinating project-related communication with client and internal teams.
- Build strong client relationships through open communication and reliable delivery.
- Share workflow recommendations, guide clients toward KeyCare configuration best practices, and drive solutions to address implementation challenges.
- Handle escalations by quickly identifying, assessing, and resolving issues with supporting teams.
- Work with cross-functional teams to implement solutions, resolve client requests, and improve processes.
- Lead initiatives to improve implementation processes, methodology, and tools.
- Collaborate with the Core EHR team on project plans and activity dates to support client deliverables and maintain KeyCare environment integrity.
- Maintain expertise in the company’s product offerings and Epic product and company road maps.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of implementation experience (or project management experience).
- 3+ years of experience working in healthcare operations, digital health, or information technology.
- 3+ years of working with Epic applications.
- Strong communication and organization skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and with a sense of urgency in a dynamic environment.
Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in information technology, healthcare administration, or business administration-related field or equivalent combination of education/related experience.
Travel Requirements
Travel required for key client events and staff retreats – up to 10%
